Briefing Meeting
Our briefing meeting for parents and children is held immediately before the bus departure. We need the kids to be at the Delta Environmental Centre by 08h00 so we can run the briefing before the 09h00 planned departure. This really helps with the smooth running of Kidscape.
This meeting is compulsory for parents and children. I feel that it is essential for you as parents to meet with me and kidscape staff and for us to meet the kids for the first time.
I give a brief overview of the camp and explain how we deal with emergencies and any children who may require medical attention. I also explain that we do not tolerate bad behaviour or attitude and that if necessary, and in my opinion, those parents will be required to collect their child from camp.
It is imperative we all go away to have a brilliant time.
On return, we expect parents to be ready and waiting for the bus at 17h00.
